Elite Waste & Recycling

Wonderful local company, had no issue getting a dumpster quickly dropped off or picked up. I will defiantly call them for my next project.

Stay Away! I called these guys 'cause they said they pickup at the house, sometimes I forget to take it to the strret and get missed.

But these guys never came, and then don't answer the phone anymore.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. I've never seen a more lame waste and recycling company. It has been over a month since they picked up my trash. I cancelled my account and they won't even come pick up their cans. There are no words strong enough to express my dissatisfaction and disgust with these scoundrels.

I have reported them to BBB already & to WSBTV! If you are willing to go on camera and tell your story email Jim.Strickland@wsbtv.com. I say let's make these scammers pay. If they scammed each of us for the at least 3 months worth of service look how much they stole!!!

We switched to this company back I guess it was in September when're they was giving flyers out , and since then we've paid them twice so that'd be 6 months now and since from about beginning of December they haven't emptied!!! Plus if or when they do they won't even walk to get my can if I forget to leave it by the driveway and my driveway isnt but 20 maybe 25 steps to the strreet to my front door!! They won't answer there phone. We have switched to a reliable company!

Please if you had a reliable company and switched to this joke of a company like I did just to say a dollar.... You get what you pay for . I was with The Trashman Sanitation for years never had a problem left because of the economy... just to save a few dollars. That was a mistake. I was embarsed to call them back. Elite has lied , not answered phone and apparently went under. None of my calls have been returned. I was embarssed to call them back but they answered my call and was out here the same day with a can and got the overflowing garbage that Elite has taken my money and refused to pick up. CALL THE TRASHMAN 770-684-2969 if he is in your area it would be a mistake to call anyone else.

Elite Waste is A WASTE! I signed up in November and have had my garbage picked up ONCE without having to call them about it. And calling takes several tries to get through. Leaving a message is a joke because they never call back.



Now I want to cancel and I think they have quit answering calls all together. Voicemail is as full as my trash can.

how do you ever get them to answer the phone? I can never get through? I am on the hunt for a company. Our trash is always overflowing! There are about 5 of us on our dead end street and they have came down here in a uhaul truck to pick up trash before! it is rediculous.

STAY AWAY!! I switched from a reliable trash company to this because I wanted to recycle. I am so disappointed. It's been hit or miss over the last four months. When they pick up, they either ignore the recycling or the trash. Over Thanksgiving I went over two weeks without a pickup. It's now New Years and my trash hasn't been picked up for almost two weeks. Holiday weeks they don't even show up. The company does not answer its phones, voicemail box is full, and they don't respond to emails. What a joke.

Awesome company and outstanding customer service. I don't know why some of the negative review, must be disgrunteled employees. Don't judge a book by its cover.
