Excellent and professional. I highly recommend it, especially for women that are usually taken advantage of at other repair shops. I went for a second opinion after one place told me I needed a bunch of repairs and tried to scare me into doing them immediately. European Auto Repair Shop looked at it promptly and told me that the other place was trying to scam me. They provided clear explanations and understood that I had an older car that I didn't want to put a lot of money in.

I recently purchased a used Jaguar xtype. Two months after owning it the engine malfunction light came on and it didn't run well. After checking with several places in town, including Nalley Jaguar, I took my car to European Auto Repair Shop after being referred by a close friend. Not only did his technician Rick repair my car for a fraction of the cost that others were going to diagnose my car's troubles, but they inspected the car thoroughly and really put my mind at ease with my purchase. I highly recommend European Auto Repair Shop for all services. It is rare in this industry to find a shop that you can trust, thank you European Auto Repair Shop for restoring my faith in this industry!

Honest, reasonable, straight-forward, knowledgeable. Have taken my 540 to a couple of other places in town, and these guys are by far the best, hands down. They will shoot you straight about what actually needs to be done versus what doesn't.

Brought my X3 in for multiple service issues. They even did a scan of the car to ensure everything was fine before I left. Rudy was my Service Consultant and he was helpdful, friendly, and prompt. The best service I received and I have lived in several different states!

I brought my X5 to the guys at European Auto Repair Shop. It was making a terrible noise and the dealer quoted me to replace the entire 4 wheel drive unit. European Auto Repair Shop was able to rebuild the unit and it cost me less than half of what the dealer quoted. With an 18 month warranty I felt it was well worth it. Thanks guy, you were great!

Rudy was great to deal with and was very accomodating with regard to my schedule and didn't hesitate to drop me off just down the road while the repair was being worked on. Was also very nice that the mechanic who was working on my car came out and spoke to me personally regarding the issue to be sure to be on the same page before getting started. I was referred to E.A.R.S by a relative who sends his BMWs there. I am now a loyal customer of E.A.R.S. Rudy and Rick are awesome-- very knowledgeable, customer/client centered and all around great to work with. Of course BMW (and other automakers) have you scared to take your car to anyone but the dealership. I trust the staff there with my vechicle and they are very competitively priced. In fact, I live 2.5 hrs away, in South Georgia, but plan to have my car serviced and repaired at E.A.R.S whenever I am in the Marietta area b/c I believe that it is well worth it. I have since purchased a Porsche and it will be serviced by E.A.R.S as well. Thanks!
