great job guys. Very good service and they fixed a drainage problem that 3 others could not. Will refer to anyone that asks

If I could give a zero star review for professionalism, I would. I own a business and am well versed with the expectations of customer service and fixing it fast. After Brandon received the money for the job, he never came back. I have trash and landscaping debris in my yard that we have asked to have removed for weeks. What's more, there was a line item we specifically paid for to have it removed. There are areas of the grass that aren't doing well, he isn't responding to any messages regarding the condition of the grass. He promised a care plan that he never delivered on, promised to check the grass 2 times weekly for a month or more and a year guarantee; ALL of which he has not delivered on. It almost seems that the man has a drug or alcohol problem. When he has responded to messages from us, he has had bogus claims of injuries and invented crises, fails to follow up on promises or his word. I feel like I have been duped by a conman. Run from this company and Brandon Dunnigan.

Exceptional service and quality. Brandon and his crew did a complete design and install Including drainage system, retaining walls, patio, and sod. The project was kept clean at all times and Brandon made a point to provide project updates daily. I will be using them again soon. Great job guys
