Went to this hole in the wall for a christmas party and just like everyone else has stated the service was HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE and I will never, never eva go to this place ever I don't care what is going on in this pit!! Wish I could give them a 0 star!!! Hated It...2 thumbs down!
Terrible experience!!!! Food was mediocre at best. Bought 2 Cuervo margaritas and they charged $15 each however the shot of Cuervo was $6!!!! How does that make any since? First the bartender made it with rum???!!! Then when we sent those back we were charged moe than twice the amount. Wings were not good. Service was terrible. I own a restaurant and would not normally bash a place cuz we all have "off days". However this store was unacceptable. Anyone who goes here should just open their front door and throw the money outside.... You would enjoy this experience better than going to this location!!!!!!
Bad food

they continue sending the good employees home
Dont respect customers
Bad restaurant
I would never recommend any one too go
worst dining experience in a very long time. A party of 15 no one's food came out at the same time food was cold and not good. Ordered a JRC club which the menu said had bacon on it, but there was no bacon on the sandwich. When I asked the waitress about the baconshe would not get the bacon and would not deduct anything from the price of the bill. The menu clearly states there is bacon on the JRC club sandwich.staff was rude and will never go there again.if I could give a rating of 0 stars I would however that is not an option.
What a joke - this place is a sports bar trying to be a nightclub. Rude staff and a bunch of wanna be thugs. We rode in and they made sure we knew they did NOT like bikers - no problem, we will spend out money at a real sports bar lol
Ate there on evening of 9/8/2014 and several of us staryed having cramping stomachs before we even left. A few hiurs later MOST of my dinmer party had full blown food poisoning with #3's and vomit AND one family member who had our left overs but never went to the restauant was sick too. Called to tell manager and he was just rude and uncaring. The dummy said it was Impossible to be sick from food in just a few hours. Ha! Tell that to my toilet
Both mangers are idiots, staff is lazy and talks to each other too much rather than take care of their customers, you can't wear freaking flip flops, the food is too expensive for how little you actually get, and the five buck cover charge? Are you kidding me?! Don't waste your time here.
I loved this place until last night. My family wanted to take me there for Father's Day yesterday because I like their wings. We were met at the door by a waitress and was told that I could not enter the restaurant because I was wearing flip flops...Really! A bar and grill in a run down shopping center next to a Goodwill Store on Powder Springs Road not allowing their patrons to come in with flip flops on? What makes it worse is that females can wear them, but men are not allowed in wearing them. What is the logic here? I can go in Aspen's in flip flops. Needless to say, I will not be back and I guess they are making plenty of money to run off patrons in 90 degree weather just dressed comfortably.
Have been wanting to try this location since they opened. Finally we were able to eat there last night. Ordered fried cheese as an appetizer and then the wing/chicken finger combo, and a pitcher of beer. One of the glasses was obviously chipped but no apologizes expressed when we asked for another glass. The appetizer came 2 mins before our meal. We had to ask for plates, napkins, silverware, and condiments for our food. The chicken wings were pitiful - hardly any meat on them. The chicken fingers had absolutely no taste. We've eaten at the Smyrna location and loved it. This new location is great in terms of atmosphere & comfort. We will probably give it one more try but order something different.
