        Ruined wedding day

        I was a client at the salon in June and recieved horrible service. I was the maid of honor in a wedding party, there were six of us getting our hair done, including the bride. We did not have a bridal suite, given the busy time of year, they were already booked. We each had an appointment with a different stylist thinking we could get in and get out with plenty of time to dress for pictures. After an my hair was finished, 1.5 hours later, I find out they have only put the bride in hot rollers. I assumed my stylist was the only one doubled booked but it turned out her stylist had two other clients in for routine services. The brides hair was not what she asked for and didn't look like her pictures. It took them more than three hours to get her out of the salon leaving only 30 minutes for her to get dressed and do her makeup for pictures. And after $$$ later the wedding planner still had to fix her hair. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. The only excuse we recieved from her stylist is that she doesn't have control over scheduleing her clients.
