I have finally found an auto shop that I can TRUST!! Quick and friendly service every time that I've been in!

I have used PDQ for oil changes, tune ups and I have had alignments done on my car there and they have exceeded my expectations every time. My car is running better than ever and it has 100,000 miles on it. Also customer service is the best!!! I highly recommend this business :)

I took my car here for three sunthetic oil changes over the last 18 months. I went to a Kaufmann Tire because they had a coupon worth $20 off a synthetic change and the manager at Kaufmann told and showed me that I need a new oil pan for my car (cost about $200) because the last person who changed my oil put on the bolt too tightly and styripped the bolt so it cannot be removed for the oil to get changed. The manager at PDQ basically said that because I went somewhere else first there was no way of knowing I didn't get my oil changed somewhere else and implied I was lying when I said they were responsible. He refused to stand by their defective work and are leaving me to hold the bag for the replacement of the oil pan.
