I was at Toyota of McDonough to get my car repaired and decided to look at some 2018 Camry. I was standing outside to see if a salesman would approach me and Leon Poole came to the rescue. I must say it was a very pleasant experience working with Mr. Poole and would recommend him to others. I ended up purchasing a new car and would purchase another in the future from Toyota of McDonough.
My name is Cori, and I would always have the MOST difficult time trying to get a vehicle, that is until Leon Poole came along!
I can proudly say that I am now the owner of a 2019 Toyota Corolla thanks to him and his wonderful service.
If I was able to get a car- ANYONE should be able to!
He sat with me and helped with every step along the way. I actually felt like I was in capable hands.
I strongly recommend Leon when it comes to anyone needing a vehicle. He is truly an advocate and will do anything in his power to help.
Thanks to him, I can now start off strong in my new career.
THANK YOU LEON!!!
I recently had to purchase a vehicle as my Camry was totaled in an accident. I ventured to Toyota South of McDonough, where I had previously purchased my car. Upon reading the reviews, I elected to request Leon Poole as my salesman. Mr. Poole was an absolute pleasure. He was attentive to my preferences and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I am now in a Camry and I am loving it! Thank you Mr Poole for making this shopping experience a productive one and stress free! You went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. You are definitely a "Toyota Pro!" Peggy M
I am a regular customer of the dealership (Toyota of McDonough). I have bought several cars from Toyota of McDonough thanks to the great salesman that I deal with Mr. Leon Poole. Leon is an excellent Salesman he he deserve every recognition that is given. There are no words to explain his loyalty towards the customers. I just bought a 2018 Toyota Camry, and I am very pleased with my purchase as always. I brought the car to the dealership to take care of an issue with my new car, and because the detail guys were busy, to keep me from waiting the 2 hours, Leon took among himself and went above and beyond the call of duty to wash, wax, and detail my car himself. My car looked amazing! Just wanted to let you know if you going to buy a new car, Toyota of McDonough is the place to buy it, and don't hesitate to ask for LEON POOLE, best salesman in town!!!!
Thanks,
Charlene Barnes
Stripped the oil plug on my lexus and did out say a word. Put a temporary plug on and sent me on my way. Discovered at my next oil change when dealers refused to touch because of the temporary stopper. It cost me approximately $750 while I was battling Cancer and Toyota did nothing to correct it. Bad, bad experience.
2nd time I've taken my truck there and the service is awesome. Great people on staff. I'll definitely be going back.
Great experience!! I would recommend any to see Leon. He's a great salesman and has sold a few cars to my family. I would like to thank Leon and EJ for all their hard work. I will be back in the future!
Thanks
After this poor excuse of a Toyota Dealer screwed us over and cost us a lot of money they have the gall to constantly solicit us for business with e-mails,postal mail and then have the nerve to call us on the phone to purchase another new car from them again. That will never ever happen. We took our 4runner that we purchased new from them and the extended warranty we purchased from them to fix our differential. They replaced wheel bearings instead and claimed it was repaired. We drove it out making the exact same grinding noise we drove in with. We take it back and they make up another lie that the tires are bad. They refused to do anything else to it. We had to take it to another Toyota Dealer and pay $2603 more to get it fixed. That's right $2603 MORE to replace the differential. They also told us it was unsafe to drive making this grinding sound. This is the letter I sent to the general manager of Toyota of McDonough. "Remove our name and stop sending us any e-mails,postal mail and phone calls. Every time we see anything with "Toyota of McDonough" on it we are reminded what a terrible mistake we made to have ever got involved with such a dishonest irresponsible dealership. After the anguish and expense you have cost us we can't believe that you still send us solicitations and actually think we would ever do business with you again. We would have to be the dumbest people in the world and I assure you we are not. We are in McDonough nearly every day within one half mile of your dealership and share our story of our ordeal with you with as many Toyota owners as we can. They are shocked to hear we had to spend over $2600 to fix our vehicle because of your actions. I am sure the money you ripped us off for will cost you many times that in lost business but I am pretty sure you don't really care either. You proved that in your response and lack of response to the Better Business Bureau letter. I don't want to see any more e-mails,postal mail or phone calls from "Toyota of McDonough ever again" I thought for sure after sending this letter we would never hear from them again, but they still constantly send us e-mails and postal mail and have called us twice on the telephone since trying to sell us a new car again. If the sales department doesn't screw you over, like they tried to do to a friend, but she fought back and then they backed down, that service department surely will. What would have cost us $1186 if they were a honest dealership cost us $3789. This is what "Toyota of McDonough done to us. Of course every one makes their own decision as whether to do business with these people or not. If you do all I can say is "GOOD LUCK."
I sent this email to them several weeks ago and got no response: "I purchased a car from you 30 days ago. I know it was exactly thirty days ago because my temporary tags just expired. When I called your office you unapologetically told me that because you neglected to send in the license paperwork until Thursday, (less than a week before my temporary tag expired) My permanent tag will not arrive in time and I will have to take time out of my day to go to the Tag office and get an extension on my temporary tag. I really did not appreciate this. The reason I choose to buy from a dealer was because you are supposed to do the paperwork for me. This has been a huge inconvenience.
Not only this but your team messed up my loan and didn’t file that paperwork until the day it was due and only because my bank contacted me and then I had to contact you to prompt you to fix it.
A few other things were promised to me that turned out to be either misinformation or flat out lies.
I really liked my sales person Leon, but that’s where my good experienced ended, your administrative staff is really lacking and it is obvious you guys do not care about your customer once the car is sold.
Unless I feel adequately compensated for all of these inconveniences. I will be posting reviews to Yelp, Google Reviews, edmunds, bestcarfinder, consumeraffairs, and yellowpages. Which after looking at your reviews, it seems this is a common problem. "Pathetic & awfull.Finance department is clueless." And “Please don’t go there if you want to get a good experience buying a car!" were two top reviews that I saw.
If you don’t care, feel free to ignore this email."
