I would suggest you go to another Beauty and Beyond. December 2014, I received the worst service EVER at a beauty store.



The Iranian clerk has a fresh mouth and is very rude (not only to me but others). I had witnessed it in the past but it had NEVER happened to me.



We had a price verification and the same item had two prices, THEY chose to sell it at the higher price even though it had been marked in error.



I was debating with my daughter as whether to get it and our other items or not.



The clerk interrupted OUR conversation (after I told her that I would NOT be buying my items) and told me that I could shop elsewhere.



She decided to leave her items as well. Went to Beauty and Beyond on Lamar and had better items and lower prices including the price of the item that they had UPCHARGED. There, it was the same low price that they had attempted to sell it to us at the larger amount, 30% higher.



I will not be patronizing that location. I was a regular, imagine what they would do to a stranger. The clerk was in his late 50-60. I am glad that IT happened to me because now, I see it is the atmosphere of THAT location. Trust me, I was disappointed.

They are very nice people and have so much hair to pick from love it
