        I always get my oil changes done at my mechanic's shop but the down side is that my husband has to follow me there and drop off my car and then return when he calls to say it is ready.TMI,I recently had minor surgery and just wanted a quick oil change so I popped in this morning at 9:00 am,no wait,Charles took care of my truck in less than an hour,extremely courteous and efficient.I switched to full synthetic oil years ago so I knew approx. how much the cost would be.He did suggest an air filter but be a educated driver and know that they do usually need to be changed every 15,000 miles.Charles did not push,or try to upsell parts and I appreciate that.I have read some of these reviews and y'all should not expect your vehicle to be completely detailed for free with oil change-thank you,charles

        Ive been going to the summer Graham location for a pretty good while now!!! A very courteous staff!!! As a matter of fact, will be going there today. Keep up the good work & send me some coupons, I'm in your system. Lora Burton thanks you all!!!
