Primary Care
We’re committed to keeping your family healthy from pregnancy to their early adult years, and TennCare is a great way to get the financial assistance you need. Please note that for your child to be seen in our office, we must be assigned as your child’s PCP or Primary Care Physician. This is best done prior to your child being seen in our office. Please contact your MCO (Managed Care Organization) to have this information changed.

One of our Memphis providers (MD or NP) is available twenty-four hours daily, every day of the year. Please call us and one of our staff members will help you decide whether your child should be seen in the Emergency Department, in our clinic, or can be safely managed and cared for at home.

Immunizations
