        Overall

        This is the worst Sam’s ever. The you can forget about getting anything done over the phone. I ordered online go to the store to pickup and had to still go and get what I ordered out the store.

        They are very unprofessional, terrible service, keep you on hold without returning to the phone to inform you of the problem! The managers thinks it 's OK to be inconsistent!! Never have the product on time even when I ordered for particular day!
