U-Haul Moving & Storage at Mendenhall

The 3 desk staff at this location were rude, ghetto just straight up unprofessional. Cursing amongst each other as if I were not a customer. I charged my usage to my credit card. About 3 days later my card was closed for my protection as someone was trying to use it online for charges to several large department stores. I know for sure that it was this spot as I only use my card for expenses such as these and had not used it for months until I rented the truck. Lucky my card company caught it. Owner you need to check your staff and get rid of that loud mouth gay guy who was cussing up a storm.
