Apartment Hunters - Residential Management

I am not sure what the issue is here. Many of these property management companies are just sharks out for money in my opinion as with many commission positions. I turned in an application on a property that was vacant acting on a lead from my leasing agent that does not work here. I gave a money order, copy of my ID, and application. The same day per my agent. They have my money order but not the application. Day two. filled out another application and per my leasing agent, they stated I had evictions. I asked can they provide proof no response. Day three, I was told the issue was negative credit history. My credit history is not good. However I have solid rental history and no evictions. I really don't believe they even reviewed my application. So many inconsistencies. Also the receptionist name who was associated with my receipt states she don't remember taking an application from me. Question is, who has my information now?

Been working with Apt. Hunters for almost ten years and had no negative experiences with them. Very professional.

DO NOT RENT through Apartment Hunters (Mesa)!!!!! They will ROB you of ALL your refundable deposits. DO NOT go through these people! So many things were wrong with that house and then we were forced to move out (a month after signing the lease, they broke it). We cleaned the whole place up and then they kept all our refundable deposit claiming they used it to repaint, redecorate (whatever the heck that means!), yard work (my husband had blown out all the leaves there was no grass in the damn back) and yet they still claimed they had to clean up the 'yard'. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER RENT FROM THOSE SCAMMERS! Consider yourselves WARNED!

These people are absolutely HORRIBLE to work with! Do NOT work with them and do NOT trust them! I would not use them if I was looking to rent or if I needed to rent my home. I have never a group or company that is so unprofessional and I have lived in many states as I travel frequently with my job. I will not go into my long, hideous story with this company as it is LONG but I would just shop around before you decide to go with this company!
