        Overall

        Over-priced lot rent average is $650.00 for a single wide late 1980's mobile home. The real estate values re in the $5,000. to $15,000. range. Most homes are well kept.by senior citzens. most homes are of the 14 foot by 60 foot range. 2 bedroom,single bath. most need some kind of work to bring them up to proper building codes
