They are ran very poorly! These units need a big lift for the price. You are better off renting a house.
These apartments are very badly built. You will hear every little noise from the fridge to the washer next door, peoples' tvs downstairs, doors needing a little oil. They have very old appliances with past infestation problems and very bad management. They are overpriced. I wouldn't recommend.
They are known for ripping people off. They will take your money and not care about your concerns after you move in. My truck got stolen from this place because the gates never work and people who don't even live here drive around to see what they can find or better yet look for more cars to steal.
