Provided by CitysearchI haven't dined there yet but I'm going to relay my friends opinions that have dined there. They told me the food is excellent, fresh, original. The service is top notch, and the only caveat is the long wait to be seated on the weekends. That stat alone should be enough to spark some interest.
I'm going with my best buddy this weekend. I'll review more after I've experienced the place with her. I'm already dancing anxiously through the download-friendly PDF menu from their site. I absolutely LOVE how they made their menu available in this format. It allows you to dream of what you want. That's great too because the offerings would stump a newcomer for several minutes, maybe up to an hour as the patient waiter/waitress stands by.
One thing I'd like to note is their website is brilliant for the most part. Their menu, even available as a PDF is wonderfully written. My only complaint is there are no options to email someone. Whether to tell them they are so good or to offer online suggestions.
So I called them because this site (citysearch) lists them as Monday through Friday. They are in fact open 7 days a week from 6:30 am until 2:30 pm. I also didn't see a website link. I can't give it here, the post filters oppose it. Google search the name T.C. Eggington's and you will find their site.
Again, I cannot wait to experience this place this weekend. From what I hear, it's a true gem of a find for a solid breakfast dining experience. I may starve myself on Saturday to make room for more of their offerings! Their offerings are considerable!
This place serves up a very creative menu for breakfast and lunch of out of the ordinary combinations and quality. It was fun just reading their menu but when we got the food, it was obvious these folks have been around a long time and have finessed everything including serving a piping hot caraf of coffee to the table and fresh squeezed orange juice!

Provided by CitysearchI've been to TC Eggington's plenty of times for breakfast and finally met my family for lunch. They have so many really great sandwich and salad selections that we ended up sharing each others because we couldn't make a decision. And the sandwiches come with a side of a tasty salad rather than traditional fries. We topped it off with a refreshing Shoogle - again that we shared.

Provided by CitysearchWe love this place. The food ,the service is hard to beat. How could anyone think that Denny's or Mimi's is better?

Provided by CitysearchI have been oging to this restuarant for the past 15 years! It has a great menu as well as a variety of tastes to suit your every mood. The skillets are amazing and the portions are more than enough while being moderately priced.

Provided by CitysearchWhether you go for breakfast or lunch (that is all they serve) the food as served will look too good to eat. Tom has a great bunch of folks working with him and they all pride themselves on their fine food and service. From the chicken wire covered menu to the beautiful ambience the experience is outstanding, and so is the food. T.C.Eggington's is where I take out of town guests for a great dining experience.

Provided by CitysearchI love T.C. Eggington's. I have been going there since I was a kid and I will take my kids there. They don't serve up watery eggs like Denny's and their fried potatoes are not shredded pieces of potato they are real chunks of potatoes mixed with green and red pepper chunks. I would recommend this to anyone.
