Tio Rico Auto Title Loans

I went in for a loan, was there to pay off the loan and get another. I was refused the second loan even though I was there to pay the entire previous loan because they tried to verify my personal information, they didn't say who they were when they called just started asking me questions. When I asked who they were she started telling me well we need to verify... If someone called you saying they wanted personal information would you give it up? They refuse to even speak with me when I was there. What a way to run a business! Thanks for no help Tio Rico Im disabled and my power will be out in the morning!
