Pizza Hut

Horrible experience, they never delivered our food, and when we called, they were rude and disrespectful.

Im here on vacation and decided to just get pizza one night delivered. The man that answered the phone couldn't understand me, probably cause i was talking the correct language, English. He hangs up before i completed order. I ask for ranch with my wings and of course receive blue cheese. Then paid for our toppingS on pizza and only received one topping. I had to go to lobby to get my pizza even tho they wanted my room number. After paying a nice delivery charge. There looks to be another pizza hut down the street. Save yourself the trouble and order from there!

I ordered pizza around 7 pm on a wednesday, they told me 15 mins. (I live10 mins away) Around 7:30 i called asking if the pizza was on its way, he said yes yes its on the way...7:50 comes & still no pizza, I called back telling him i should not have to wait this long for a pizza..he said he was going to call the delivery girl & call me back...8:15 no call back, to make a long story short i had to wait about an hr and 20 mins for my pizza on a SLOW night. (no apology & still had to pay!) will never order from this place again
