When I went out to wait and realized there were 8 cars before mine in line for the car wash. I turned around and looked for the manager, Alex Vizoso, and I proceeded to ask him how the line-up for the car wash was done. I wanted to know how a person who paid after me was already in their car leaving.Alex Vizoso, repeatedly responded with“a-huh”. I got 8 ‘a-huh’. I asked him to stop.He told me that the cars were lined up in order of completion, if I didn’t like it I could leave. he proceeded to get closer to me.I told him to back off. he told me what I was going to do about it.I said i would report him and his response was go right ahead. He walked away from me and turned and made a derogatory comment about my mother.This was shocking and appalling.His employees had to hold him back.I wanted you to be aware that this is the type of environment at the service center and feel this manager is dangerous and should be disciplined. I felt bullied and threatened.
My experience with the purchase of my new car was fantastic!. The sales person Nelson Mitidieri, Boris Menendez, and Mike Gomez are very professional in their work. They helped me throughout my purchase. So I am very happy for that. Thank you for all them. They have !10!

Service was outstanding. James the sales person provided me all the information that I needed and took the time to research and answer all the questions that I had. Ernesto in the finance department got me a great rate for financing. They even delivered the car at no extra charge as I did not have a way to get to the dealership. Highly recommended.

My experience at Braman Honda was absolutely excellent. I found the general atmosphere at the dealership quite welcoming and professional, but I have to say the number one reason it was a great experience was simple...Paulo Rossi. He was extremely professional, did not waste a minute of my time, listened to exactly what I needed and produced it asap. He called when he said he would and delivered what he promised. After 30 years of buying cars, no one has earned my business the way he did and look forward to being able to send him any business that I can. Congratulations to management for keeping Paulo on staff.

The experience of leasing the new Honda Civic was excellant because there was no haggling involved in the price. The offer was very fair and did not require negotiating. The salesperson, Pete, was very knowlegable of all the features of the car and explained every one of them to us. Pete was friendly and answered all of our questions. I have personnally purchased approximatley 14 new cars in my life and the time I spent in the dealership on this purchase was less than any of the other purchases I've made. All in all it was a good experience and we received a good car. Thanks Pete.
