        Overall

        The folks at this Firestone have been honest and fair with me. I was having trouble with my TPMS light coming on after just buying 4 new tires at another tire center. Because I trust these people I went there to get them to test the sensors and system to see what the problem was. The new manager came out of the office after hearing me explain the problem to the appointment folks. He immediately went out to my car, tested all the sensors, checked the system, and found no problem. He then took it for a drive, and when he returned he cleared the computer in the car and gave me a fresh start. He told me the TPMS light should go off after driving the car for at least 15 minutes. IT DID GO OFF AND MY WORRIES ARE OVER! The best part is that he did not charge me. This is exceptional service with compassion for a retiree. I will continue to give my car business to this excellent Firestone.

        Please don't go to this place

        after leaving my car for almost 3 hours they told me that it was the transmission and they don't do transmissions, after paying them for checking my car, I went to another mechanic and it was a minor thing and they fixed it. don't take you car to Firestone specially to this one.
