        Very poorly return and or refu...

        Very poorly return and or refund policy, Iam happy that target is going to the toilet. Don't know that regarding customer and to keep customer coming, return policy should be yes! @ any time, we accept returns with no questions, . Family owned litle stores do better return policies.
