Nice people but they cannot keep their website working properly. This is a years long problem too; it's routinely not available, or says that you are not authorized to see your own accounts, or the bill pay feature is not working. This is getting worse over time (and we're talking a year at least, probably longer). If this was my business, I would have fired the entire IT staff and brought in professionals. It's like they are amateurs and they are not willing to take the steps to make this better.
A credit union or bank with wonky online access? This is a real problem. Next thing is going to be zero balances.

they go out of their way to serve you..
they just need more locations.
