Hands down Hennessy of Southla...

Hands down Hennessy of Southlake is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First off no one knows nothing if you ask a question. They will say call Mazda HQ, when you do call Mazda HQ they tell you to talk to the dealership….. One huge waste of time…. I asked about returning a lease it was 5:05PM when I got there I asked to speak to a manager after waiting 15 or 20 something minutes I waited out side and nothing so I walked inside the dealership which was EMPTY…. Than I had a “manager” Paul Favourite (who must be a special needs person) or is just retarded. Tried to talk down to me…. He didn’t want the lease back and he didn’t care because the “banked owned it anyway plus the girl who does lease returns left at 5 so shame on me no one can drive a lease return but her”…..”Plus they had no where to put the car”……I just walked out…this waste of a human I guess just doesn’t understand how important customers truly are…..with out customers buying and leasing he will not get paid…..

I called another Mazda dealer ship ( Jim Ellis on 5855 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard) WOW they know how to treat a customer ….I take my lease over to them and they keep it to add to there stock no hassles no drama the car was 20,0820 on the meter I was below 15,000 on the lease in mile ……. I am leasing 2 cars from Jim Ellis Mazda

We purchased our 2009 Saturn Outlook from Hennessy Mazda Buick GMC dealership located @ 7261 Jonesboro Road Morrow, Georgia 30260. We have had nothing but problems since we purchased this vehicle and the dealership has given us the run around. We had the car towed to the dealership on two separate occasions. This first time it over heated on me on the expressway so I had to call me husband and the tow truck. The service department from the dealership called and said that there was noting wrong with the car so we went and picked it up only to have in over heat on me the next morning on the way to drop my kids off to school. My husband came and put more water in the car but he could only drive it a couple of miles before it need more water. So he called Matt Moore at the dealership and explained to him that the car was still over heating and he told him told give us the car back until you find out what is wrong with it. Matt calls my husband and tell him that there is a link in the water pump and that there is fee for the repairs so I get on line and see where there is a recall on the water pump. Matt then said that there will be no charge. The car has been stalling like it doesn’t want to get in gear and sputtering since we had. Ever time we take the car in they say that we need a coil pack and spark plugs this runs about $800 and some change. We pay for that only to get it back and go thru the same thing a couple of months later. Well this year they told us that we need a catalyst converter and this will fix the problem by" Tracey Rice". Well upon pick up the car from dealership we were told that it now needs timing chains. Well I looked this up and found that there was also a recall on the timing chains, only to be told by “Tracey Rice" that the recall has expired and since my vehicle has over 120,900 miles it would not qualify for the recall. My first question is how can you have a recall on your product and put in expiration date on it!! We purchased the vehicle on or around the recall but had no knowledge of the recall and were not informed of the recall. Hennessy in Morrow Georgia has the worst customer service and I will never purchase another car from them or advise anyone to purchase a car from them they will string you along until your car is not under warranty any more and then you have to pay out of pocket. They also up charge on the tow if you have your car towed to them by Tara wrecker service but they don't tell you that until its time to pay. I will never purchase another GMC car to many recalls and not enough answers!!!

Hennessy of Southlake - YOU SUCK! Thank you for NOT honoring the price both you and AutoTrader posted for a car, even after I was told you would honor the advertised price I had printed almost 100 mile roundtrip! (Where is my option to give you a "0" star rating?!

I purchased a 2005 BMW 525i from Hennessy. The customer service was excellent. The management was very professional. The process was was quick and easy. I was in and out in less than an hour. I decline to buy the extended warranty but after 2 weeks, some white smoke begin to come from my tail pipe. I called Hennessy , spoke with Chris Moore and mike Johnson. They advise me to bring it back or they would send a tow to come get it. They gave me a loaner car while they fixed my problem. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEALERSHIP, they have been awesome. Next year or sooner, we are trading in my wife 2005 ford expedition for a newer Yukon Denali and we will definitely be buying it from Hennessy gmc in morrow. We live in Buford ga but it was worth the drive.

Purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna...

Purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna with 67k miles on it from dealership. Still have temp tag on it. Went on a trip more than 3 hours from Atl and it broke down. Cost me nearly $900 to repair the fuel pump. I've never known a fuel pump to go out on a Toy that soon. Gave me the option to have it towed to them (at my expense) from 220 miles away and they would repair it and 'only' charge me their cost or they would repair it for free if I purchased a $1,700 warranty. Neither of these were options to even be remotely considered. Did I mention they tried to give me the vehicle without fixing the grinding, squeaking brakes? The service dept ground down the rotars and put the same flimsy pads back on. I had to go back and spend another 3 hours at the dealership for them to fix it correctly. They are sweet as honey initially. Get a vehicle checked out before you buy!

Be very careful if you decide ...

Be very careful if you decide to buy a car from here!! We bought a 2008 Saturn VUE in September of 2011. The car is only 4 years old. The dealer is supposed to look the cars over really good and ensure that they are selling you a quality vehicle. After owning the car for 4 months, we have had to replace both strut mounts as well as repair a collapsed strut. These things don't go bad in 4 months. $750 down the toilet. In addition, when we went to have regular maintenance done, the air filter was caked in crud so bad that the person said the car had not been looked at by the dealer. Oh, and guess what? The filter isn't available anywhere, but the dealer and you have to take out the glove box to get to it. Dealer said they won't help with parts, labor, or even changing the filter for me for free for the trouble. They were the ones who got my $750 for the strut repairs. They obviously do not care about their customers. I know they are not obligated to do anything, BUT a good faith gesture or SOMETHING would have been nice. Buyers beware. If you have problems, they will laugh and say they can't help you. They even suggest to trade it in.... WOW!!!
