Center For Therapeutic Message really did change my life! Really!



I was in my mid-30s with a stressful job, a toddler and the beginning of degenerative disc disease in my neck and shoulders when I was referred to the Center For Therapeutic Message. I had completed two rotations of physical therapy with no results and I was miserable. I also had just found out that I had a reoccurrence of mono. I was in bad shape!



I started going once a week for a 30 minute session just to see what this was about. Debbie provided a deep muscle message with a focus on my neck and shoulders. Immediately, I felt a change with my emotional state and energy level. Over several months, I notice the change in my pain level and my neck movement really improved! I continued the once a week, 30 minute session for 5 years until I was pregnant again and on bed rest. I feel that Debbie's message therapy really helped me maintain an active lifestyle without pain!
