Bob Evans Restaurant

This place has really gone downhill. It use to stay busy with a neat gift shop and great food. Last time I was there I had to wait for a table, wait for a server and wait a long time for food. Thing is, there were only 2 other tables of people! The shop had nothing but nearly empty shelves and expired candy. Turn around and go back to the Cracker Barrel that you just passed!

I went to Bob Evans Resturant with Meridian Coach & Travel from Meridian MS. My hostess had us to select our menu on the bus before we got to Nashville. She call it in when we got to Nashville. She had made arrangements to eat at Bob Evans Resturant on the mail outs she sent and had contacted Bob Evans Resturant when she planned the tour. In all she had contacted Bob Evans Resturant three or four times with time and number of people ( about 55 people). When we got there they didn't bring out the food. Our tour Guide went back and helped to get the food out. It was cold, with the exception of the people who ordered the chicken pies. They were too hot. We were late to the Ryman Auditorium and the Jeanie Sheley show. We were very dissapointed. I think that you owe Danny and Donna Savell our money back because they are good christain people and they will be bringing many more tour groups to Nashville to see the Grand Ole Opry. Have employee informed ahead of time when a tour is arriving; How many are coming and the name of the tour. Have the food hot and ready to serve. Sincerely, Harriett Touchstone 601-626-8950
