Unprofessional service buyer beware we have purchased Camelot software and rights to use IT, paid $1284.00 last year, our computer crashed owner refusing to register another computer in order to us to his program, we are not able to solve this matter in professional way, Buyer Beware!

DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE. The software is good but the owner is an extortionist. I bought the software approx. 10 years ago and I still have the original order form and on that form it says that once paid for that there is ABSOLUTLY no more FEES or UPGRADES. Well I needed new codes, and when I sent for them I received an email that said I needed to manually update my information, On the form I was sent it said that my software was obsolete and that I would receive one last code and after that I would have to upgrade at almost triple of my initial investment. So I called Steve at Camelot and he told me that he didn't offer a Life Time Code, I read the order form to him about the no fees or upgrades and all he said was ( Fill out the form and email it back and then hung up on me. ) I called back and left a message for him to call me back that I had some questions and he never called back. The next day I received an email that said fill out the form and that I would receive one last code. The code that I received only lasted 7 days and then all my information was erased. I would not buy any other software that you need a code to use. I already bought another software program and copied most of my information out of that Camelot program. What would happen if he went out of Business You would be Locked out of your own Records. MY HONEST OPINION IS DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE.
