Church's Chicken

I bought a 10 pcs. spicy chicken box and it was soooooo dry and hard you could not eat it. It must have been lying under the light for a long period of time Also i wish you would start having the gizzards and livers again, they was always cooked fresh. ( this is the second time that i got the old chiicken)
