Kevin Perry was my service man. He is smart, honest and efficient. His n Her’s plumbing told me I had 2 bellies in my line and quoted me an estimate of over 20k. Kevin had my line clear within 30 minutes. They came 2 days in a row with no results. Kevin even cleaned up all the sludge that came up through shower. Don’t even think about using any other service than Hiller. Plus, they got me on their schedule same day. Thank you Hiller, I can actually breathe again.

Very friendly and courteous technician! He performed a tune-up on our two HVAC systems and found a minor problem that would eventually turn into a major problem! We got the issue fixed immediately and were very pleased!

Our service rep, Christian, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed our plumbing issues quickly and repaired them to our satisfaction. It was a job well done!

Diagnosed the situation and provided an explanation of the problem in a language I could understand.
Observed a dehumidifier in the basement and suggested a better and more efficient way of dispensing the water. I didn’t know there was an option available had he not made the observation. I could not be more pleased with Hiller and the men and women
that perform always in a first class manner.

Too expensive. Charging $200 labor to replace an $8 valve which took about 15 minutes is outrageous. Also the plumber required me to pay with a credit card immediately which was fine but when I asked him to mail me a receipt he could not take my address and ask his office to do that. Too lazy

The technicians were professional, nice and friendly.
Improvements, (we all could use one). They were not gentle on my white walls. They left black grease spots all over the ceiling, for accessing the vents as well as the walls, not quite as bad as the ceiling though.
Also left the crawl space uncovered. Took me a lot of effort to cover it back up.
Overall, a good job.

Michael Williford is the technician I consistently use to have my HVAC serviced. I know that Michael and Hiller are going to be honest and truthful about my units. Michael always comes to my house with a smile on his face ready to work. He is always prompt and is very knowledgeable about the HVAC units.. He is always professional and I appreciate that he always wears his booties on his shoes to protect my floors. Darrell came out to replace a old galvanized washer machine pipe drain in garage and this it back into septic line under house. He did a wonderful job. Everything is neet and functional again. I have been a member of the Hiller Club for about 14-15 years. They have installed my tankless water heater and replaced both of my HVAC units. I have always been happy with Hiller. They are always on time, very efficient, and professional right down to wearing booties to keep floors clean. They work 24-7, so when I had a flood in my kitchen from my water shut-off valve I was able to get it fixed that night. They are awesome!

We had have Hiller servicing our property for over 4 years now, it’s impressive to see great care that Hiller takes for its customers, James has been servicing our home since day one, his professionalism is beyond our expectations. I had a family emergency recently and asked my father to ask for James and sure enough he took really good care of him, we will keep Hiller within the family for years to come, that is for sure.
The office personnel are very nice, they always LISTEN... wow , it’s hard to find someone nowadays that listen.
