        I don't get the Panera hype. You can choose a whole apple as your side, big deal. It's expensive for a dry, undressed sandwich. You have to request nasty packet mayo or mustard and do it yourself. The French onion soup is good. Staff is friendly, even when they didn't get my order right.

        The customer service at the West End Panera Bread is great. I stop and get breakfast (Mediterranean Egg White Sandwich) about three times a week after dropping my daughter off at school off of Charlotte. I go out of my way to visit this Panera on West End. Yes, there is one in my area, Donelson. The staff at this Panera Bread are very personable. The atmosphere is very pleasant. My order is always done correct.

        I enjoy Panera's food. This location is usually slow even when there is no crowd. I would visit more often if the service was improved.

        This Panera is very conveniently located on West End. While they don't have a drive thru, you can place a pick up order very easily!
