Panera Bread

Our office is two blocks from the store location. We ordered food for 8 people online because we could never get a live person by phone. After entering all orders and credit card information the site asked if a particular time was acceptable (it was 40 minutes later). I clicked on agree and the site took me back into the area for the credit card info, which I again entered and the whole thing went away. I never received a confirmation of the order and over an hour later, the food has yet to arrive. I cannot get anyone on the phone, just an automated system, and no matter which option I select, it rings and rings and then disconnects me. I now have corporate visitors who have not eaten since pre-flight this morning and scheduled meetings that must occur. With the size of our order, leaving a mandatory meeting and going into the store will now take another 30-40 minutes for them to prepare the order. If someone could have answered the phone an hour ago to confirm whether or not the order was actually received, this would not be a problem. Next time, order elsewhere.

This is a great location. Every time I go in the staff is super nice, and knowledgeable. I always get it to go and I'm usually in and out really quickly.

The food was great and the atmosphere was nice. Parking was a big hassle since they were busy, better to go off peak hours.
