Papa Johns Pizza

Thin crust pizza is really delicious. Chocolate brownie was a great dessert option. They also have awesome specials

On 09/28/16 at 6:09pm I called and place an order for delivery. I was quoted and ETA of 30 minutes. Well, 30,45,60 minutes went by and I called back at 7:10pm for a status. I was told my pizza was delivered(in shock). I stated that, my pizza's have not been delivered and my 8 year old daughter is very hungry. The service rep then stated, I will re-ring your order and we will get it to you for free. I agreed. Well, 8pm rolls around and no Papa John's pizza. So, I called back to speak with the shift manager who said they got busy around 45minutes ago. This was the only explanation that I got. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will be speaking with the store manager Jessup(in person) today after 4pm. Why be in the business of customer service if you don't intend to provide it?

We usually have good service with Papa Johns. I love their garlic butter. Workers are friendly and timely.
