        on 2 seperate visits, they were so busy getting the order out, although they were not busy, that they left out part of the food I paid for and did not get. Last time and this time, I was unable to contact the store to complain. Tonight, when I called the toll free number, no one came to the phone and kept me on hold for more than 15 min. horrible customer service before, during and after the purchase. It will be my last time visiting Popeyes in Nashville, TN
