Do NOT ship anything from this store. They have delivered my items broken SEVERAL times, and have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not only are the employees offensive, rude and talk back when you make simple requests like "Can you insure this?" but the OWNER is an evil troll of a man who quite possibly did not graduate high school and may or may not have an 8th grade education. He will be even more rude than his minions. They will deliver your packages late, without the requested insurance, and possibly broken - and ON TOP OF IT ALL give you attitude/lip when you make a complaint. I have even seen them scam the UPS corporate store before to save their own butts.

I have seen this same review directed, verbatim, toward several other UPS Stores in the Nashville area. I'm guessing, perhaps, this individual is simply not a fan of UPS in general. Customers are automatically provided with $100 in insurance for each package shipped. We always ask our customers the value of their shipment and recommend purchasing (at an extremely reasonable rate) additional insurance when the situation warrants. We encourage questions and are always willing to make suggestions to ensure a satisfied customer. We welcome constructive criticism -- it's how we are able to make improvements. Please know that once a package leaves us, it is out of our control. It is truly a rare occasion that a shipment is lost, late, or damaged in transit. I can assure everyone that these instances are dealt with professionally and promptly. Posting that we "scam the UPS corporate sotre" (there is not a corporate store by the way) is nothing short of a slanderous statement. There are safeguards in place that not only protect UPS Corporate but our store as well.

Paid extra to have a package shipped to my daughter in college and they totally lost the package or so they say. I honestly think it was stolen being so they have looked for it for several days and the last place it was tracked was their store.

DO NOT USE THIS UPS LOCATION! I have had not 1 but 2 items STOLEN from this store. They are privately owned and operated and run by their own set of rules. Was given attitude when trying to get information regarding my stolen item. The package I sent I has requested it be sealed with tape. They said they would but didn't in front of me. I had the item already in its on package and simply placed it into one of theirs. It showed up taped and their packaging was not tampered with at all. Only the inner packaging had been wetted to open from the bottom and allow then to steal the contents (a wet magazine was in its place to keep the weight correct). Then tapped their package making it seem untampered with. Since I requested the tape and it wasn't done so in front of me it's easy to conclude what happened. They wouldn't release the name of the employee and said they had since quit only two days after my incident (even though the owner stated they had worked there off and on for over 8 years). My boyfriend has placed a claim but hasn't gotten any updates as of yet. I'll keep updated on the status of this issue. But considering all that happened you would expect an apologetic response not 20 questions as if we were at fault.
