Called them for a dumpster, needed it placed the next day!
Buz and Jen were prompt and very detailed with all of the information they provided me and my company. Dumpster was placed the next day and I wasn't charged a penny over what was agreed upon. Great company to work with, definitely using them in the near future for more upcoming projects!
Called several times and kept being put on hold. After waiting awhile I was transferred to a vm box or they ended the call. After the 5th time of this run around, the lady said oh he is off the phone now let me connect you and then proceeded to transfer me yet to another voicemail box. No thank you! Couldn't even get a simple quote from them! If they are to busy to offer a quote, I can only imagine what their actual service would entail. Company very unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs!
I found Dumpsters R Us in June of 2012 when my company was remodeling several Best Buy stores in the Houston area. Josh Kronzek provided excellent service for me. He was always there, no matter the time of day, always responded very quickly and helped me out of more than one jamb when I was asked to place dumpsters with a last minute notice.
I know that anytime I contact Josh that he will take care of my needs. The pricing I have received has been very competitive. I will always contact Josh with all of my projects. Thanks so much Josh!! You are a very professional and courteous person whom I'm glad to work with.
I have used this dumpster service when I can't find one on my own. Robin has always been friendly, helpful and always gets me a dumpster where there is no services for me to get one. I call anytime of day, and get a dumpster as soon as possible. I always stretch my limits and ask for same day service or next day service, and never have a hard time getting one. The prices are competitive, and won't break my bank account. If I have any problems, Robin is just a phone call away from excellent service!
I love these guys! Depsite all of the reviews, I've never had an unpleasant experience with them. I work for a construction company & I use Waste Cost regularly. I've never had an issue. I suggest that you request Robin or Josh for the BEST service! Love them! Thanks Waste Cost!
Like previous statements, I called at 4:14 pm and was promised a call back today, well it's 6:12 and no call back today. Moving on to find a company that does do what is promised. I think Josh should take a look at his employees.

Our records show that we took your information at 4:15 EST. Many of our subcontractors in the Northeast are not available after 5 pm and your lead was given to our CS Department almost immediately. With this being said, you stated that you did not need the Dumpster for a week and we needed to take care of orders that where higher priority. Our CS department called you back and offered you a quote by the next business day. Again your bid request was for next week and we had orders for that day and tomorrow to facilitate. We receive hundreds of calls monthly and make all necessary measures to ensure you get the quickest and most accurate pricing. We do the best we can and I believe a next day call back was appropriate for a next week order. As a management company and not a hauler our job is to get you the best price we can and provide great service. We failed only to get you a price same day. I have never in my life had such a hard time trying to get a company to take my business. I called and spoke with someone to get a dumpster put in my new business. You would think they would be excited for a new client. Well, I called for a quote and was told they would call back in a little while with a quote. Several hours later, I called again, and was told they would e-mail some paperwork. After receiving some paperwork, filling it out, and sending it back, I still hadn't heard from them. I decided that perhaps the day was winding down, so I waited until today. I called after a little while and mentioned my frusteration. Apparantly the guy I spoke with yesterday went on vacation. I said ALL I WANT IS A DAMN QUOTE!!!!! Ok, they said, they will call back in a few minutes, and sorry for the trouble. Well, it is 6 hours later and still no call. SAVE YOUR TIME. I just walked over to the business next store, and got the name of the company they use, Perhaps they would like my patronage.
We pride ourselves on providing the quickest and most accurate price quotes in the dumpster industry; however, securing the lowest pricing possible for commercial trash service requires that we go through a more detailed bidding process. Once we obtain the information from the prospective customer regarding the service that is needed, we request a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the customer, and we contact haulers in their local area to secure the best pricing possible. In some cases, the hauler requires specific formats for the LOA and we are compelled to secure a new Letter of Authorization from the customer before the hauler will provide pricing. We do apologize for the delays you experienced and are working toward streamlining the process of securing bids; however, different haulers do require different procedures and that can cause delays. i have called to get a quote yesterday afternoon and the lady said that she would give me a call back in which she never did so i had my sisters boyfriend call and the pulled the same thing on him....all we wanted was a quote and they handeled that awefully so that should tell you alot about the customer service....

Even though we are not able to give immediate price quotes, due to price variances throughout the country, the waiting period for a return call should not have been as excessive as you experienced. Our hauler network is very intricate and does not allow us to give an immediate quote. Called at noon to get pricing on a dumpster 20 - 30 &amp;amp; 40 yard. Said they would call me back shortly with pricing....I waited until 2pm no call, so I called them, was told they would call me back in a few minutes as soon as he finished the project he was working on. Waited until 3pm and called them back. He wasn't sure of the pricing, asked me to hold while he checked, gave me a quote of which was $200.00 more than the other company I called, per pick up.
I either got someone that did not know what they were doing or everyone else really got lucky...
Won't be calling them back.
I am the owner of Dumpster R US and I would like to state that I disagree and am concerned regarding this comment. My firm has searched our phone records and searched our files. We track all calls and have not found a single call matching this request in this time frame. The requester says they called 3 times in one day for 20's/30's & 40 yard dumpsters. It appears that this reviewer never actually called as they say they did. Furthermore my firm may be on rare occasions a couple dollars more than other haulers, but never once in 5 years has anyone ever accused my sales people of being $200.00 higher on a dumpster. I think the reviewer is either a hauler trying to malign my firm or a competitor doing the same. If you are a real person you should call me at 561-372-3190 and if you can prove your allegations then I will publicly apologize and rectify the situation to the best of my ability.
I had to move out of my apartment abruptly - just 48 hours notice - and was in desperate need of cheap way to remove old furniture and miscellaneous junk as quickly and as cheaply as possible since I didn't want to pay moving expenses for stuff I didn't need or have to rescind my deposit. I called Dumpsters R Us and not only were they able to get me a dumpster the very next day, they were $75 cheaper than anyone else I called.

I have had a great experience with the company, All i know is that I have been using this company for the past year and they are very friendly and always take care of my concerns. If you have a problem with them just them know and they will do all they can to resolve it. i truley recomend them for your rental needs. I use Sylvia with the company and she is a great person and takes care of me very well. Only thing i do is email her on what i need andshe know what to do with it. They are hard working and treat there customers well. I am so glad i have found a company to accommodate my needs.
