Marcy Irvin: Allstate Insurance

On 1/14/2019, my vehicle was towed by "Innovative Towing & Recovery," and dispatched by "Agero." "Agero" is a Third Party "Emergency Tow" company contracted by both WEBTEC Insurance Services Inc., AND Mercury Insurance.

More important, while "Innovative Towing & Recovery," operates with NO "LLC" - through the State of California Secretary of State, significantly damaged my vehicle totaling to the amount between $2300 - $2900. Jerry Diecidue, Agero's Supervising Damage Team, whom is contracted through Mercury Insurance and WEBTEC Insurance Services, Inc., "Willfully and Intentionally" deny accountability and refuses to pay for damage(s) while California Law states that the victim is entitled in taking their vehicle to the Auto Repair shop that they (Victim) desires.

Mercury Insurance and Agero should be fully investigated, while these companies further contract irresponsible towing companies. Nonetheless, the above named companies(s) are strictly held liable and accountable for any and all "Damages," on the part of the client(s) property (Victim-Vehicles). I am requesting for a full and complete investigation pursuant the below Business and Professions Code, for "Unfair Practices and Bad Faith Practices."

I was really pleased with the pricing I received.

My discounts were:
multi-policy, multi-car, prior insurance, good payer, no accidents, no tickets, high prior bodily injury limits, full pay discount, and a discount for having them debit my checking account.

I saved hundreds from my previous insurance company AND I now have accident forgiveness for any accident and my deductible goes to $0.

I also receive a check every year for NOT having and accident!

The Springville agent is great!

I had an accident with an All state customer. All state had to pay for damages. They were outstanding.

Grange mutual in broken bow is hurtful. They cancelled me and wouldn't send me my check claim told me they didn't have to send until work was done... Now I get a cancellation but they still haven't sent the rest of the money they owe me... I fill sorry that they think they paid my premiums and want my check.

I wish I could give a zero....all I can say is if you are in a policy especially homeowners w/ car...get out asap!! Something is very wrong , I think they're tanking ....I read dozens of reviews about 2600 complaints , all total nightmare situations. Mine is a nightmare as well, they somehow sided to work for the ppl i had a fender bender w. I had 60k in coverage for others , everyone drove away. Me included. These ppl suddenly wanna sue me. Statefarm sent claim out of state. They treat me like crap!! No lawyer has contacted and thank god for Facebook, I found ALL these ppl lying about being hurt, they are perfectly fine!! Vacationing, family reunions and forget the rest! these ppl are LOADED ..1k damage won't stop harassing me. I have a broken neck from an assault, I'm up in bed barely making it. Screw them i'm going to make her pay for a lawyer to haul me into court and then throw down the pics or them just living it up, 2 days after the accident!! I wish they'd do prison 4.fraud !!

They have always done right by me. I have had several claims and was wondering if there was any money to be saved on all my policies.

Very poor communication. I have finally lost all trust with Yvette Brunete's office. This agency has acted for the last several months as if I was not valuable enough to be dealt with in a professional manner. They charged and won't refund me for a policy that I had refused in writing and seemingly have lost all my paperwork with my written refusal. I would recommend finding another state farm agent if you value your time and money. I will happily to add a star or two if they would just treat me with anything resembling respect. As is, one star is more than they deserve.

They really need 0 stars, I was rear ended by someone with all state insurance and they have done nothing but treated me like crap! The accident was their fault so all state had to pay for my car damage and they completely low balled us by several thousand and when we countered them they took over a week to even look at it And 3 days after the first low ball number they took our rental, so we were without a car for a very long time and we had to gripe and bicker at them just for them to stop wasting time and when they did give us another estimate it was only 200 more then the previous! Tired of them we just took it and actually received some money from our great insurance. So to anyone who is looking for insurance or gets hit by someone with this insurance your in for a real mess! I would never recommend this insurance to anyone and would recommend anyone who has it to leave because it will be less hassle for anyone who you could wreck into that'd have to deal with them!

"You're really not in good hands" They honestly don't give a crap about you. I've been a client for over 16 years. The last time i renewed my plan Roberts office completely messed up my paperwork putting my family, business and all my employees at risk. They failed to take any responsibility for their actions and when I told them I was leaving they didn't mind at all. I couldn't believe they didn't try and make things right after 16 years of loyalty. Just a cold shoulder and a good bye. Very disappointing. If you really like Allstate that much then there are plenty of other agents. Protect yourself and do not sign contracts with this office.

went to alstate for land lord insurance after an hour of pulling teeth and trying to upsell me they gave me a quote for1250$.....Wow....called geico....they gave me better insurance for700$....you really want to protect yourself from mayhem go to geico

Allstate is the worse insurance company ever. They claim to have accident forgiveness on their national ads and other bogus promises like "your in good hands" but I had one accident that was not even my fault and they dropped me like a bad habit.

I was really excited when I saw the quote I got from Allstate. So I talked with a representative. I have a 4.0 GPA, and I am 21 years old. But get this: if you're married or older than 25, you can't get the good student discount. What's the point of getting good grades then? HORRIBLE company that has stupid rules attached to their "money-saving discounts."
