Zero stars would be accurate. Contacted them on 11/1 after talking to Frigidaire for warranty repair. They finally returned call on 11/3 and showed up on 11/4. We told they had to order part and would be back in a week to make repair. As of 11/22 (3 weeks later) they still have not made repair and had to contact another company (not authorized servicer) to complete repair. Their office number is an answering service. They don't return phone calls at all. If given their name for repair, request someone else. Your repair will never be completed.
DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Was given a time slot from 2-5 since that was the only availability. My mom was in town and it was her birthday. We stayed home because of the scheduled time slot. Was called and told that he would be here closer to 5:30-6 (after waiting till about 5pm). Was asked if we could schedule Saturday morning and told him we couldn't. He said that if the 5:30-6 time slot didn't work out, then we he would come out Monday morning. My whole family waited and waited on my mother's birthday and didn't go out to eat or for dessert because of the service appointment. 7pm rolled around. No call, no show. We called and called, no answer. The hours said M-F 8-5. Been calling since 8am. It is Monday. It is now almost 9 and no answer. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO SERVICE. NO CALL. NO SHOW. DON'T BOTHER.
