They charged me $500 to flip a switch.
I had been a customer for 5 years.
They never told me my contract was up... sent someone out anyway.
All they did was flip a switch.
So much for customer service.
I never was notified my contract was up.

Love the once a week 12 minute automatic check, to confirm it’s functioning properly, scheduled for time & day you want. We got the 300 gal propane tank, so we can have full house power for up to 7 days. It’s been used about 5 times, once for 16 hours & neighbors were using our refrigerators & freezers - they were jealous. Highly recommend.

Simply the best

I had a Generac generator and it had less than 100 hours on it when it stopped working. The generator part was broken and the Rep said it was not fixable. I replaced it with a Briggs and Stratton unit and have been happy so far. I have had it 3 yrs.
