        HORRIBLE!!! My vehicle was wrecked 8/26/21. My car stayed in a tow yard until 10/19/21 so now FINALLY 11/10/21 the collision repair began.
        I'm VERY dissapointed in Liberty Mutual.

        Overall

        We had a terrible year with this place after being with them for 47 years. Their customer service is horrible. They are not in this local area of Port Huron. We had to contact the Boston headquarters, so called presidential team to get an issue solved. We were and are not satisfied with them at all any longer. Companies need to quit blaming COVID for their inability to serve customers!!

        Absolutely impossible to break through the automated answering system. Regardless of which number you dial for Liberty, you wind up in the same "black hole" waiting "longer than 10 minutes". If you want (or need) assistance, good luck!
