        Overall

        I thought Suddenlink was bad! I came home & had to help my mom with her cable. The guide said TBA & none of the channels came through. After rebooting, 2 channels came through & the guide appeared. I’ve been on hold waiting for customer service for an hour… Looks like I’m switching her back to dish!
