The Waterbed Doctor

After talking to Mike for 2 days I was able to custom order my Cal King soft sided waterbed. I haven't gotten it yet as I just ordered it 2 days ago but the customer service is outstanding. Not only did Mike answer all my questions and was very patient but he went out of his way when I asked to have a custom bladder made for my side. I give them more then 5 stars and would recommend this site to anyone wanting a bed.

I ordered the navy blue Wedding Satin sheets. These sheets are a rich heavy satin, not the older light weight polyester satin. They washed in cold water nicely and didn't fade. I didn't realize they were for 'Special occasions only". After using them for 4 months they starting fraying in the middle on the bottom sheet. I sent pictures in and Marty let me pick out another set of equal value. I just received them this week. Delivery was as advertised. I am very satisfied with Waterbed Doctor and will buy again from them.

This business has a very informative website and excellent service. I ordered a mattress on Thursday night and it arrived before noon on Monday.
