My truck was stranded called everywhere no one can help me until i got hold of this amazing shop got my truck rolling on the road again. I had air compressor hose preformed blown out. Thank god it got fixed and delivery was n time. I would recommended them for any repairs you might need

I was in need a mobile diesel mechanic. I called this company (5) times before someone picked up the phone and didn't hang up. I proceed to tell her what I am in need of and she rudely asks me what do I drive. I told her and she screams at me and says "I do not work on that shit, why do you keep calling" 1st... If you would have answered the first time instead of hanging up on me I would not have called multiple times. 2nd you are rude as hell and if you are the owner of this company you should really do something else because Customer Service is not your strong point... If you are not the owner and they still allow you to work there, let me tell you they are so dumb. You are making them lose money... potential Customers... DO NOT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY!!!!
Call this company to ask an simple question if they work on dully truck, the women that answer phone was rude and just hung on the phone. i couldn't even get my question out
poorly customer service
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I called him for some roadside assistance and even before I could give the driver and truck information, the dude cursed me and told to stop wasting time, and pay unexplained $480 dollars and shouted me out of the phone. I have Never been cursed for calling a company for the services they have advertised. I called at 5.59 pm on sept 7th CST so whoever picked up the phone needs some basic training on customer service.
