worst cab company in atlanta.............................called and called and no answer, after 5 calls someone called back speaking spanish and after I asked for a price just tell me to fu... off i have no taxi now to not harass by calling somany times very rude and no business ethics

I have an internship in Duluth and as such I need to get to and from the Doraville Station twice a week with a super early pickup time. Needless to say without these guys I would be stuck.

The cars are all very clean and every driver is amazingly nice and very helpful, even very early in the morning. And not to mention the price is right-It.

There new website is also great and a lot easier to navigate than their old website. I would recommend that anyone looking for a cheap and easy way to get home.

I will definitely use ATL Taxi in the future (I am actually taking them again tomorrow).

One of their former drivers totaled out my car. The driver was at work and had no insurance on the car. All the addresses on line is wrong and they keep relocating. Atl taxi refuses to pay for my car. This happened March 2014. I have not seen a dime from anyone.they keep hiding. Also most of the good reviews are from the workers. I still plan on suiting.

I was out of a car due to a bad starter so I had to use a taxi to get to work and back. This cab company drove me for a week, over all I had a good experience I will use again.

I went online to reserve a taxi for the next day. I then called and was told they had my reservation and they would take care of it. Hours later, they called me and told me they would not have a taxi available! Now, here it is late at night before I head to Atlanta in the morning, and I have to start all over! Thanks a lot!

Great service! I called and they got there within 15 minutes, cab driver was very nice and pointed out interesting things along the way after learning that we were tourists.

I got a quote from the dispatcher for $18-20 and it was only $17 (+ tip) very happy with the service.

The only time that I use taxis is when I take my car for regular maintenance and for the last year I've been using this cab company. To say the least this review is been long over due. Every time I make an appointment its always on time the drivers are nice I never had a issue with any of them, to me customer service is key and I always get that with this cab company.

I called this cab company as a second option after my original booked cab did not show up. This is not an unusual situation in the Atlanta are when it comes to cabs. I have been traveling to Atlanta for the past 15 years and getting a cab outside the city has always been quite a challenge. I can't vouch for any one company but I can recommend this hardworking guys who picked me up with very little notice. I'm impressed with their service.

Gave them a call, and less than 15 minutes later, a van was outside of my house, ready to drive me to my destination. Our driver was friendly, but didn't try to force conversation. He got us to our destination quickly and without hassle. They accepted credit cards (and will email a receipt? NICE!), which was a plus.



A tad pricey, (all taxis in general) but all things considered, not too bad for the prompt service. When it's been one of those weeks when no one wants to be D.D., not to mention finding (and probably paying for) parking, to its just convenient.

I Needed a ride to the airport early the morning so I made my reservation online in the middle of the night. It was only 6 hours before my flight, but they were up, responding to all my emails and ready to provide a quote and instructions once I agreed to their services. I contacted 4 other companies that night, ATL Taxi was the only one to respond BEFORE my flight.



They were on time, freindly and called me to let me know they were waiting downstairs. The cab was clean, driver was very friendly, and got me to the airport on time.



The price was fair considering my last minute need, the time of day and traffic expected. I Would definitely use them again, if I'm ever in a bind.
