I took my car here for a scheduled maintenance. They did all of the things I requested and the car came back clean, but given the scope of the service, it took considerably longer than I expected (basically an oil change and tire rotation took about 2 hours).

Gary Sawyer is wonderful & technicians are great. HOWEVER, a $3,99 Document Fee is unethical since document maintenance & shredding is considered best business practice & should not be billed to the customer.
