I left four by four outfitters Saturday with my brand new Body Armor rack loaded up in the back seat of my brand new Jeep Wrangler all the time worrying about the metal rack bars punching a hole in the leather seat of my brand new Jeep Wrangler It was not installed on the top as it should be because it make a very loud humming noise and vibration in the engine area when installed This same rack has been installed on other jeeps and has not made this loud humming noise, but four by four outfitters in NLR refused to give me a refund or another rack I now have a One Thousand Three Hundred Dollar piece of equipment I can’t use sitting in my garage Four by Four Outfitters offered no refund or replacement for the defective rack with another one Purchase at your own risk at this business
