Air One

I bought a new heat & air unit Nov 2012 & A/C is not working. Been without air for almost 3 weeks now. The company filed bankruptcy so I can't get my money back.

Yea, the first photo above is wires duct taped to the motor after a motor replacement. That was after I lied to about the status of getting the wiring secured when it was left loose in the fan after the motor was replaced (the other photo). They also replaced the compressor after a week's delay in getting the part, even thought it was a warranty repair and when they powered the unit up, it ran backwards. There are lots of other competent companies out there, these folks used to be one of them. Find someone else and don't let them touch your HVAC unit. . .

Dont listen to the person who wrote the review before me. Air One is one of the top Heat and Air Conditioning Companies in the state
