I dont even know where to begin. I at one time thought the world of this dentist. I used him for over 20 years. He at one time cared about his patients. Not anymore. I was cursed with awful teeth. I brush/floss & still they fail me. 11 root canals 2 extractions & more fillings than I can count. I was also cursed with no insurance. Root canals are expensive. $400-$900 plus the crown $900. 11 x 700=7700; 5 x 900=4500 root canals/crowns- $12,200. No insurance. Only saving grace was my wonderful dentist, who cared more about patients than money. He let me make payments.I paid every penny owed Im only 39 but had a rare condition develop after my last child called post partum cardiomyopathy/heart failure cause by pregnancy. In March 2015 I almost died. Well dental conditions affect the heart. I had been so sick but now had to go to Dr John Dean and it was affirmed I needed 2 root canals& fillings. I was in terrible pain from infections & was put on antibiotics & rescheduled. The day came & I was absolutely humiliated. When asked how I would pay the $3,000 I told the lady I would make payments. She flat out said NO! That I couldnt because times were hard to many people didnt pay. I DO I HAVE! She offered a credit application which after my health issues was out of the question. I wanted to talk to Dr. John Dean I knew he would not turn me away. He cared more about patients than money. Plus, Id known him for so long I felt we were friends.not just Dr. Patient. Wrong!He left me sitting an hour. He was to chicken to tell me he wouldnt do the work without the money. I was hurt/ mad. Could he send me away knowing this was needed & infection would possibly damage my heart more? Yes & he did. gave some generic "Im going to make some calls to Dr. sonso to do this for you" Not 1 word. 2 months later im in so much pain. THANK YOU John H. Dean. I cant believe you sold out the way you did. U wont see 1 penny from me or any 1 I can possibly persuade NOT to use your greedy practice.

The staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. Dean is attentive to your pain, your concerns and addresses your problems quickly and efficiently. I have recommended many others to go to him for root canals, porcelain veneers, dental implants, and cavities. All of which, I've had.
