EPS management
I was able to save $400 a month from switching from the IPhone square to the mobile swiper provided by Electronic Performance Systems.
The advantages that I found with EPS was the leasing progrom, which allowed me to pay zero up front and X amount of dollars a month. This allowed me to see the return on the investment I decided to make.
If you are looking for a simple (to a fault) POS this is it. Very powerful when compared to other systems. If you think you are saving money, beware! The tech support is extra and you must sign up for a minimum contract with a nasty little cancellation fee (full contract amount). I called support several times and never got a call back the same day, sometimes, it took as long as 48 hours. When you calculate the cost of support, EPS is roughly the same price. Far more powerful, flexible, and expandable.

I own a small retail business in southern Arkansas and needed a pos system to help me keep track of my inventory and sales. EPS response time to my initial email was fast and professional. They came out and installed everything for me and showed me and my staff how to operate the system which was very easy to understand anyways. The best value in my opinion is that all tech-support and customer service is based in America so I don't have to worry whether or not someone will be able to come to my shop and work on the system if there was ever a problem. I am very satisfied
We have several locations with Micros and on going cost for technical support and software updates is costing around $20,000 a year. So we decided to try a new point of sales company and for only $50 dollars a month they were able to provoide bettter customer and techenical support. Which also includes 24/7 technical support and free software upgrades with no gimmicks.
I was referred by Sundrop Mobile which is a loyalty text software complany. Dinerware was their number 1 point of sales provider.
Great software simple yet so useful. Great support staff
