Highcliff Apartments

Steve Young is the property manager / maintenance man for Highcliff apartments. . I filled out an application with him detailing my situation. I applied for a 2 bedroom I put 3 people on the lease and he said he didnt want the teenage boy there. I told him that the teenager was SUPPOSE to be moving out of town and that if he wasn't then I wouldn't be able to take the aparment. I paid my $300 deposit a month in advance. Once I found out the teen wasnt moving like I had hoped, I called Steve Young on a Friday to let him know and to get my deposit back( I hadnt signed anything. I was suppose to sign it at the end of july to move in august 1). He said he would talk to the office and call me Monday. That is the last time I talked to him or anyone associated with Highcliff apartments. I feel like I've been robbed.
