Sook's Name Brand Second Hand

Great store, very clean, friendly/helpful staff, lots of name brand clothes at great prices!

I would never suggest this place to anyone. I was really hoping to find a better place than always going to Plato's, but boy was I wrong. The prices are WAY higher than Plato's and the staff who work here SUCK! They were so rude to us the minute WE walked in. When others walked in they treated them with respect. To treat us so terribly, to the point of where we wish we never even thought of this place existing. That is just plain sick. I wish that I didn't have to give a star rating because they don't even deserve one star!

The owner seems really rude & not friendly to be working with the public. They all seem very prejudice. I have visited several times & notice how certain customers are treated . I think their items are overpriced to be used. You could probably go into Dillards, Stein Mart or TJ Maxx and get some of those same items on the clearance rack (brand new) a whole lot cheaper. Needless to say I want be returning ever!
