Success Vision Express

First off "in an hour or less" is a lie. A pair of bi-focals costs over $200. Frames broke in less than a year. They repaired free but afterward 3 different technicians tried and none could get them to fit right. Go somewhere that offers good glasses. These wouldnt have been worth the $79 they advertise.

I went to the Amerine eye care 1st to get my eyes examined. Wonderful experience. Price was very comparable to all others. The doctor & staff was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The clinic was very clean & tidy, warm & welcoming. I had virtually no wait time. Great Experience!

We arrived at 3:40 on Saturday. By the time anyone got to us it was 4:15 and they said it would be Monday before we could get the glasses because they were closing in 45 minutes. ( so stay a little late or let me know when I walk in 35 minutes earlier) There is absolutely no selection of frames for any of the promotional adds (2 pair for $99). There might have been about 20 frames, most of them a bit feminine for a young man. 2 pair for $99 in and hour (or less) became 1 pair for $200.00 in 2 days.

Worst service ever. The people there did not care. We arrived at 10 a.m. 1 hr. later we left told we could pick up our glasses 3 hrs later. We returned to pick up glasses and waited another hour before anyone told us they were not ready yet. Ok mail them to us.... 5 days later they mailed them. horrible service. Do not waist your time.

Been coming here for several years, sometimes a couple times throughout the year. And every time I come in, I see new frames. The prices are really good too! I thought they would've raised their prices since gas has been expensive (I think most places have even though gas has gone down).

Anyway, Success Vision is a good company. They didn't have to send my frames out to have the glasses made, so that cut down on cost and time. I went to the store to pick some things up and when I got back, the glasses were waiting on me. My visit to the eye doctor was a good experience.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses, and I was impressed by this store and the staff. Everything was done over and beyond my expectations. For example, when I walked in, I was expected to be greeted, but not to have any interaction from the staff till I checked out. At Success Vision, I was greeted and one of the workers checked on me at least twice within one hour. Each time, she was wondering if I needed anything. She gave me her opinion on the 5 pairs I got my selection narrowed to. She also made sure they fitted well after they were made within 1 hour. I love my 2 pairs! I actually don't even wear my contacts that often because I get compliments on my glasses. They are fashionable, affordable and they feel great.

Was impressed with this company. They made getting bifocals for the fist time enjoyable. The frames were fashionable and the staff was impeccable. Got the eye exam, picked out my frames and got the glasses within a couple hours. Not too shabby, especially in today's world when we're all so busy.



I especially liked how great the variety was. I came in about a month ago just to price check and I saw some styles I liked at a good price. I came back in last week and they have those same styles, plus some new ones. So I really had a hard time narrowing my choices ( I told one of the staff members that's a good problem to have).



I already told my husband he needs to come here, and I've also told one of my coworkers to come here as well. I should work here for all the business I'm bringing them ; )

My wife and I came in within a month of each other and we both are satisfied customers-financially I couldn't find a cheaper place that got my glasses within an hour. Also, the styles of the frames we got have been getting several compliments from friends and coworkers. I even told my boss to go there.

I was treated like I would expect to be trated at a higher-end store, yet the prices were right up my alley! I picked out some frames and paid for them. And I even came back a month later because they were a little tight around the ears. Throughout the entire process, customer service was this company's first priority. They seemed to do everything right and I appreciate their help.
